At D3 Development Group, we pride ourselves on our vast array of trade classifications for construction work. Our partnership comes with years of experience in prime aspects of building. Jeff has achieved a “General B” building classification. Other classifications the company holds are A, C8, C11 and D31.
Project Management
Construction project management is the act of planning, organizing and overseeing a construction project.
Form: One of the most important skills required for project management is an understanding of the building process. This includes a knowledge of materials / equipment and having the experience to solve problems on-site. Our project managers are experts at communication with all departments, from project owners to tradesmen, and stay well-trained and tech-savvy to remain on the cutting edge.
Function: Our project managers will ensure a project is built according to plan. This includes not only completing the project in accordance with the building plans, but bringing it in on-time and on-budget. We are experts in protecting your interests to maximize profits and control costs. We will happily create estimates, select subcontractors, write contracts and act as a coordinator among various trades, as the job progresses.
Preliminary Project Scope: We will propose all solutions in detail to enable informed decision-making. Our "pre-feasibility" analysis will be rich in judgement and suggestions to create an estimate with a sufficient level of accuracy. All estimates developed by D3 will be qualified as broad ranges and all assumptions will be clearly articulated. We will also estimate development resources required.
Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) Development Budget: Our estimated development effort will be used to create a financial budget for the project. All additional costs to establish the team and the development environment will be included in this budget estimate (such as SW licenses, specific development tools / equipment, vendor and consultant costs). We will also estimate the end user effort required, though this cost may not be included in the final project budget. We will also develop a cost / benefit analysis.
Proposal Scope for Clients: The conceptual scope of the solution and estimated cost and benefit will be summarized and proposed, and eventually confirmed with our cherished clients.
