Construction Crew Foreman

D3 Development Group is looking to hire highly motivated individuals for full time Construction Foreman positions, with our growing company. We pride ourselves on the strengths of our team members values and performance.

Job Summary:
The construction crew member is accountable for performing the day to day production functions for D3 Development Group and leading our construction crew members to complete specific projects on time and budget. Oversee training of individuals, communication to Project Managers/Supervisors, reading and understanding plans/plan sets, quality control and inspections. They must also be able to perform the following tasks: manual labor, framing, tile work, flooring, drywall and painting, plumbing, and electrical installation. We would also want you to be working closely with other staff to ensure that all aspects of D3 Development Group are running smoothly and effectively. Regular and Punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

*Strong Leadership
*Understand and read plans
*Knowledge of Multiple Construction Trades
*Planning/Budgets/Schedules
*Must be able to read and write in English

*Construction Experience Preferred- 5 years
*Must be organized
*Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be able to work professionally with all team members
*Must have the ability to work at a fast pace
*Must have the ability to provide excellent service to our clients
*Must be timely on follow through and attention to detail

*Must have a willingness to learn
*Must have a reliable vehicle and tools
*Must be self sufficient and reliable
